Apple cider is a non-alcoholic drink made from apples. It is very similar to a commercial apple juice. The main difference is that the cider is the juice that is not filtered, whereas the commercial juice is filtered thoroughly. It is also pasteurized and vacuum-packed to ensure a longer shelf life.

As you might have guessed already, apple cider is healthier and has more nutrients than the common apple juice. It is, basically, the natural form of apple juice. Therefore, apple cider drinks are certainly worth including into your diet.

However, pure apple cider is not the only form in which it can be consumed. A very popular product made from cider is the apple cider vinegar.

Nowadays, it has gained a very big and positive reputation for its amazing health benefits. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid as well as lactic, citric and malic acids. It is mainly used for health improvement and curing ailments.
