Hello and welcome to my healthy juice recipes! In this section you can find recipes of different types of juices and other natural drinks. All of them are tested by myself to ensure that they are of high nutritional quality and taste well before they get to you!

First, I thought I wouldn't write about drinks as my website is about healthy eating recipes. However, I changed my mind and decided to include this section for a very simple reason - we all drink and want to drink healthily.

You have probably heard a lot about the importance of consuming enough liquid as our bodies consist of about 70% of water. All the chemical reactions and processes cannot take place without water.

Therefore, it is crucial to consume enough liquid every day. Scientists suggest, and I do, that most of our daily intake of liquid comes from pure water.

I know that a lot of people don't get much pleasure from drinking pure water and prefer drinks which 'have a taste'. If you are that kind of person, then my healthy juice recipes will help you because they will give you 'the taste' that you want without tons of sugar and chemicals, which you will commonly find in fizzy drinks.

After water, tea is the most popular beverage in the world and green tea is the healthiest and tastiest of them all! It can even prevent acne, diabetes and cancer!
