Healthy Meal Recipes
Hello and welcome to my healthy meal recipes! In this section you can find recipes of different types of main meals, which should make the majority of your diet. All of them are tested by myself to ensure that they are of high nutritional quality and taste well before they get to you!
These main meal recipes, just like all the other recipes on this website, are based on the idea of BALANCE.
Balance means the appropriate amount of all the essential nutrients. In fact, this includes FATS and SUGARS! Yes, what you have just read is totally true!
It is a very common misleading that sugars and fats are bad for you. Remember: there are no 'bad' nutrients! All of them are good for you, providing that they are consumed in the right amounts!
Therefore, the key to health is the variety of natural foods and the right amount.
Do you want to be healthy? Well, then you need variety as well as natural food! This can be achieved by cooking at home using natural ingredients and various recipes.
This is, basically, why I decided to share with you all of the recipes you can find on this website. It is simply to help you prepare the natural foods so that you can enjoy them in different shapes and tastes.
The combination of different types of foods and ingredients in my recipes will contribute towards the overall health of your body and, therefore, mind as well.
If you want even more recipes to turn the raw food into delicious dishes, then you should also try Bill and Sheila's Cookbook.

Check out their fabulous collection of recipes at Bill and Sheila's Cookbook.
Remember that healthy meal recipes should form the basis of your calorie intake. They will provide the majority of the nutrients you need, especially the macronutrients i.e proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
Even though, the main meal recipes, usually, will not offer any sugar, don't worry. I am pretty sure that you can consume enough sugar from your snacks and desserts.
Also, keep in mind that most of these recipes contain meat. If you don't eat meat, check my healthy vegetarian recipes.
All the recipes are listed below. See what suits your taste. Choose the ones that you would like to try and go for them!
