Cottage Cheese Recipe:

  • cottage cheese (chunk style)
  • double cream
  • sultanas (dried white grape)
  • cinnamon
  • cocoa powder (pure)

  1. Take some chunk style cottage cheese and put it into a bowl.
  2. Put some cottage cheese into a bowl

  3. Pour some double cream into the bowl and mix everything well with a spoon.
  4. Add some double cream

  5. Add some sultanas into the mixture. If you want the cottage cheese to be more sweet add a lot of sultanas and vice versa. Sprinkle some cinnamon and pure cocoa powder onto it. Vary the amount depending on your taste.
  6. Add sultanas cinnamon and cocoa

  7. Well, it is ready. Now you can mix everything up if you want or just eat it like that. Up to you.
